Magento is an promising looking open-source eCommerce solution. The magento ecommerce software is still in development. They released on August 31. 2007 the first beta preview for download.
Important key features are already integrated. The user interface of magento is designed with usability in mind. SEO optimizations and webstandards are respected. I would say that magento enables you to create an ecommerce site with an user experience exactly how you want it.
